What is your turnaround time?
Typically 24–48 hours on typical residential reports. Commercial and complex assignments require more time, typically 5–6 days.
Do you appraise unique or specialty property types?
Yes, specialty properties such as houses of worship, restaurants, and community types, etc.
What does the inspection process look like?
4-step process: 1) order the appraisal, 2) inspect the property, 3) write up the report, 4) deliver the report.
